Our rooms and prices for hotel stays

All rooms face the shady park and the sea. Cozy and romantic in the old villa, large and bright in the newer building.
Each room or suite is different from the other. Each has its own special character.

All rooms have air conditioning, fan, telephone, safe, hair-drier, mini-bar and WI-FI.

Room service is available 24/7.

City tax: + Euro 2,00 per person (>12 years old), per day (maximum 5 days)
Pets are welcome: we ask Euro 10,00/15,00 per day
In order to confirm the reservation, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee.
Upon receipt of the credit card, final confirmation will be sent.
Upon departure, payment can be made by credit/debit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 weeks before the arrival (or up to 1 week for short stays). Otherwise, we charge from 1 to 5 nights for no-show or late cancellation. For early departure we charge 100% of your stay.
No show will also be charged for one night’s room rate.
For early departure we charge 100% of the total reservation value.
No penalty for cancellation within the terms.
