Ligurian Gastronomy Summer   It's a real firework of Mediterranean Cuisine what our chefs suggest in this season. The combination of the rich resources of our sea with the genuine flavours of the products from the Ligurian countryside is a refinement which is particularly appreciated in these wonderful end of summer days above the blue sea.

 

 

Enchanting Music Evenings   They were really special evenings of refined music, which saxofonist Fabio, who often plays his vast and varied répertoire of solo music at Hotel Punta Est (pop, rock, jazz), and Venitian harpist Elisa offered us: a musical delight in perfect harmony with the unique atmosphere of a sunset over our Ligurian Sea.   Refined Harmony under the Pine Trees of our Terrace

 

 

The Italian Television RAI at Hotel Punta Est   The Italian television RAI1 chose Hotel Punta Est to record its programme Linea Blu presented by host Donatella Bianchi and dedicated to Liguria and its sea. Blue Flag for Finale Ligure   Finale Ligure received this year the Blue Flag for its beaches and clean sea. The Blue Flag is an exclusive eco-label awarded in Europe and in the World by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) to coastal cities, whose beaches and touristic equipments satisfy to high criteria of environmental management, safety and cleanness.   The prestigious distinction awarded to Finale Ligure this year

 

 

Anatoly Ivanov's Art at Hotel Punta Est   For the opening of the season 2008, the famous Russian artist Anatoly Ivanov has realized in our Hotel one of his wonderful and unique classical frescos. Anatoly Ivanoc was born in Moskow, where he accomplished his art studies, before moving in the seventies to America, where he is still living with his family in New Jersey. He worked in a variety of media: fine art, book illustrations and interior design and his paintings are in many private collections in Europe and in America. Following his passion for architectural design and under the lead of the renowned European masters, the artist devoted the last ten years to the study of ornamental plastering and fresco, gilding, faux finishes, mosaic and other elements of interior design. Thus he is now applying his mastery to create magnificient one-of-a-kind classic interiors, such as the one which is now adorning with classical elegance a wall of our dining room.   Anatoly Ivanov and his Work at Hotel Punta Est
